I don't think that was too hard to work out even after the first episode because they made her a cop from a family of cops who married someone (according to brothers) that had a lower status to her. She must be quite committed to the marriage.
I'm most interested in seeing how her influence over Gi-cheul plays out and how it could change his relationship with his underlings and/or bring an end to Jun-mo's undercover operation.
The set-up is definitely there for that so it's a matter of whether they execute that part well. I'm sensing some kind of redemption arc for him but only time will tell.
