I'm loving Deep Affectionate Eyes so far (I'm up to ep 20)! I normally hate modern dramas as usually so juvenile and boring with insipid FLs (hated The Best Thing!), but this one has totally taken me by surprised. I think it might be one of my favourite cdramas! It's such a refreshing take on things: sassy and gorgeous older FL chases the intelligent broody ML, lots of memorable and endearing characters, and plenty of humorous vignettes to break up the more serious passages (the grandmas in particular are a hoot). Most importantly, the chemistry and banter between the two leads is so natural and sweet. Will be keen to hear what you think.
